General TOS

• Versions without effects/filters, transparents, and files are free upon request.• You may not claim the art/design as yours.• You may repost with credit.• You may not use my art for commercial purposes. You can use it for personal use without profit, however!• You may not use my art for NFTs/cryptocurrency/AI/ect.• I am allowed to turn down any commission for any reason.• I will not do business with proshippers/zoophiles/ect. If I discover you are in one of these groups you will be blacklisted.• I will only do suggestive/kink/fetish for 18+.

Payment

• Payment must be made upfront and through Paypal or Ko-Fi only.• I will take 50% upfront and 50% upon completion or 100% upfront. I will not accept anything else, including payment plans.• Refunds vary on how far I have gotten along in the commission and how much work has been done.

Process

• All commissions will receive a sketch and flatcolor work in progress file; designs will get several different design sketches to choose from.• Major changes may be requested at the sketch phase; minor changes at the lineart and coloring phase.• Minor changes are allowed after I'm completely finished.• Turnaround time varies. but max wait time is 3 months.• Redlining is ok and encouraged!
